Our programme of activities is free for members. All the activities are planned and delivered by members and designed to be beneficial to neurodiverse (ND) people.

Mindful Movement

Enjoy the benefits of mindful movement with free online Yoga and Tai Chi classes. These ancient forms of meditative exercise are good for the mind, body and spirit. Classes are specially designed to be beneficial for ND people. Book your place below and attend on Zoom. 

Moots (meet ups)

Join other S4Nd members in our friendly, informal regular online get-togethers. Topics of discussion range from special interests to tips about benefits claims and more. A Moot was an Anglo Saxon assembly for debate. Our moots take place several times a week on Zoom.
