What is Tai chi?
Tai Chi Chuan or Tàijíquán is an internal martial art where the training focuses on deepening the practitioner’s awareness of their body, and from this awareness gain control over their movement and that of others.
The awareness moves into all areas of life helping to create both a strong and stable body and mind it is at this point, the real benefits of the practice can begin, and the martial skills are developed.
Online Tai chi classes
Our online tai chi classes run on Wednesdays from 7pm for an hour. They are delivered via Zoom – you can get the link by visiting our Calendar.
The classes are delivered by Ian Burgess from Heaven Man Earth Edinburgh.
